When it comes to Nike silhouettes that have stood the test of time, the Air Max 1 sits near the top of my list. As a long-time fan of the model, I’ve always appreciated how it balances timeless design with bold colorblocking—and the 2024 Air Max Day release is no exception.
Originally released in celebration of Nike’s annual Air Max Day, this particular pair flew off shelves quickly. I missed out on launch day, but I kept my eye on the resale market and finally secured a pair from GOAT at a price I could live with. Sometimes patience really does pay off.
