Quote + Deposit
We’ll contact you within 24 hours to give you a quote on your order. If you wish to proceed with the order, a small per-shoe deposit will be collected to lock-in your order.

–Quotes are based on the current resell value of each shoe and size.
–Deposits will be deducted from total amount due in Step 4.
Step 3:
Status Notification
A day or two before the release, we’ll contact you to let you know if your pre-order in confirmed or on stand-by.

Confirmed Status = You’re guaranteed to receive your shoe.
Stand-by Status = Due to the extremely limited nature of some releases, we may not be able to confirm and guarantee your shoe prior to release. (If we’re unable to fulfill your order on release day, your deposit will be refunded)
Step 4:
Order Payment
Payments for confirmed pre-orders are required 1 day prior to release day. Customers have the option to pay with their Credit or Debit card via PayPal or with CashApp.

Step 5:
Order Pickup/Delivery
All paid pre-orders will be fulfilled on release day and processed for pickup or shipment immediately.

–In most cases, pickup orders will be transferred to the customer on release day. Specific times and locations will be determined before release.
–Orders delivered by mail should be received by the customer within 10 business days unless otherwise noted.
