Initial Impressions:

Here are a few of my initial thoughts after unboxing this Jordan 1 Low “Noble Red”. A full written review of this shoe will be posted after I’ve had more time to analyze the shoe.

  • Is it just me, or did the official images of this shoe make them look at lot more pinkish than they really are? Don’t get me wrong, you can definitely see the “pink’, but it’s not as much as I was expecting.

  • Images of this shoe also had me assuming that this shoe was made of traditional leather. However, there’s not one piece of “regular leather” on this shoe at all. Nylon and patent leather are what adorn this shoe’s upper.

  • The patent leather on this shoe doesn’t have the extreme shine that other PL shoes have. Comparing this shoe to the “Gold Toe” lows which are super shiny, these are a lot less flashy.

  • Touching on the color once again, I imagine this will be a color that some people stay away from simply because they won’t know what to wear with them. My guess would be that you have to keep the rest of the outfit simple and stick with solid colors or minimal patters or graphics.

Where To Buy:

I was able to purchase this pair from Nike.com. Currently, larger sizes (US10.5-US12) are still available and may be in danger of selling out soon.

Over the next couple days and weeks, stores like Footlocker, Footaction, & Champs should start receiving pairs in-store and online, as well.

Previous colorways of the Jordan 1 lows restocked numerous times, so keep your eyes peeled if you’re interested in purchasing.
